Review of the PheasantOur family vacation at the Pheasant proved to be a delightful blend of comfort and activity, ideal for families seeking a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's modern design maintains a charming traditional character, providing us with a unique setting to unwind. We particularly enjoyed the spacious suite with breathtaking views of the countryside, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring. The well-equipped room met all our needs, right down to the milk in the fridge for our tea-a small but appreciated touch. One of the highlights was the outstanding breakfast with a great variety of dishes that catered to every palate. We loved starting our days with a hearty meal. My parents appreciated the close proximity to local gardens and stately homes, which we visited as a family. The hotel staff, notably Karen at reception, were exceptionally accommodating and ensured we felt at home throughout our stay. The range of activities available, from walking to birdwatching, truly allowed us to connect with one another while enjoying the surrounding beauty.
